What working with me means
One solicitor, start to finish
The legal work on your file is done by me, not passed to a case handler. The person you speak to on day one is the person who completes your purchase or sale.
A direct line, and a reply within a working day
Call me on 01895 375246 or email. New enquiries get a reply within one working day, and clients hear from me before they have to ask.
There when exchange is close
Around exchange I take calls in the evenings and at weekends, so a question on a Friday night doesn’t wait until Monday.

About
In West London property since 2006
I trained at Alliance Solicitors in West London and qualified in February 2006. Since then I’ve worked in residential property at firms including Fridays Property Lawyers, Parfitt Cresswell, Charles Gregory Solicitors and Ascot Lawyers, acting for buyers, sellers, lenders and developers on everything from first flats to transactions above £5 million. Today I work as a Consultant Property Solicitor.
You’ll get a report on the property you can read in one sitting, and a call from me before anything binding is signed.

Questions
What people ask me first
General information, reviewed October 2026. It isn’t legal advice about your situation, and reading it doesn’t make you a client.
Will I deal with you, or a case handler?
With me. I do the legal work on your file myself, from instruction to completion. If I’m away, you’ll be told who is covering and for how long.
What’s the difference between exchange and completion?
Exchange is the point the contract becomes legally binding on both sides and the completion date is fixed. Completion is the day the money moves and you get, or hand over, the keys.
Can I move my transaction to you part-way through?
Usually, yes. I’ll need your authority to collect the file from your current solicitors, and I’ll tell you plainly whether a change would save time or cost it.
For brokers and agents
Referring a client? You’ll know where the file is.
One solicitor on the file, a direct line for you, and an update at five milestones with your client’s agreement: instructed, searches back, mortgage offer received, exchange and completion.
Tell me about your move
Two minutes online, or a call. You’ll have a written quote within one working day, and you’ll be dealing with me.
