Over that time I’ve acted for buyers, sellers, lenders and developers across Central London and West London. My work has ranged from the sale or purchase of a first flat or house to transactions above £5 million, along with new-build schemes for developers.
The majority of my work is leasehold. On a flat purchase I’ll review the lease and management pack before you commit, advise you on what the service charges include and explain your obligations under the lease.
